Saturday, June 23rd is the Point Grey Fiesta Parade and we are looking for volunteers (19 years and over) to be parade marshals. We will need you to be at street intersections and along the parade route to ensure that people do not try and cross the road at inopportune times and for general safety of the event. We will need volunteers from 9:15am to 11:30am.
The parade starts at 10am at the UBC Gates on 10th Avenue and Blanca Street.
If you can volunteer your time or if you have any questions, please email me at [email protected] or call me at 604-805-7318.
The Point Grey Fiesta is a volunteer-driven neighborhood celebration where participation is open to local community groups such as sports, arts and business.
The Point Grey Fiesta is the community’s annual start-of-summer event for families and friends. With the exception of the carnival rides and midway games, Fiesta entertainment and children’s activities are free of charge.
Many Thanks,
