About the Event
Admission - pre-purchased admission 10$. At the event the price will go up to 12$. sorry, no refunds.
All participants will be required to wear their green admission wristband.
Do you still need to buy your wristband and games tickets? You can buy them on the day of the event after 6pm in the gymnasium.
Volunteers Needed! Please sign up to ensure we have enough volunteers to manage the games! If we do not have enough volunteers by Thursday June 1 we will need to cancel some of the games.
Pizza will be served in the Main Office Foyer from 6-7pm.
Pre-order pizza cut off was Monday May 29. Don't forget to bring your paper pizza vouchers!
A limited selection of pizza by the slice will be for sale at the event for 4$ per slice.
Candy, popcorn and beverages will be sold throughout the event.
During the games portion (6-8pm) you can find the snack table in the foyer.
Movie snacks will be sold near the basketball courts after 8pm.
Games, temporary tattoos and DIY beaded bracelets will take place in the gymnasium from 6-8pm.
Do you still need to buy tickets for the games, tattoos and bracelets? You can purchase tickets for 1$ each in the gym. Every child will earn at least one prize ticket per game played (except the tattoos and bracelet beading). Prize tickets can be exchanged for some great stuff inluding stickers, cute pencils, jelly bracelets, pop-it key chains and MORE!
Dancing will start at 6:30 near the basketball courts. Heidi (QM's very skilled and talented dance instructor) and some Queen Mary students have been working hard to prepare a very fun line dance for the event. Join them at 6:30 to learn this excellent choreography!
No drop-offs please. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Any family who is experiencing a financial barrier is asked to contact Elyssa Derban. Ticket packages are available to ensure all members of our community can attend this event. All emails to Elyssa Derban are confidential.

All participants older than four will require a ticket/wristband for admission. No drop-offs (all children must be accompanied by a paid adult). Pre-purchase advised! Avoid the lines (and impatient children) - get your tickets before the event. All tickets purchased before May 15th can be picked up at Queen Mary before and after school on Friday May 26. Any tickets purchased between May 16th and May 29th will be available for pickup on the day of the event.
