8. Motion: approve funding for zoom membership
9. All PAC executive nominees will be granted the opportunity to introduce themselves. There will be a time limit for each introduction. The timing will depend on the number of election nominees.
10. Virtual election. No voting by proxy permitted as per the Constitution and Bylaws. You must include your name on your virtual ballot form to allow the election scrutineer* to verify your attendance at the meeting.
11. Motion: remove Laura Atkins, Natalia Kravchenko and Raymond Wong as signing authority effective June 30, 2025
12. Motion: approve new PAC executives to have signing authority effective July 1, 2025
*The Queen Mary PAC executive is seeking a volunteer to act as the scrutineer for the PAC executive election. Please reply to this email if you are available to help or you would like to learn more.
