Winter Celebration

Friday December 13 

3:00 - 5:00 PM

Join your Queen Mary community for a fun and festive event in the Queen Mary Gymnasium.

This FREE event will include:

- tasty treats

- musical cakes

- craft making

- story time​

- Plus student performances!

Cake (or cash) Contributions
​

We need QM families to contribute store bought, nut-free, shelf stable (no need to refrigerate) cakes, pies, or cupcakes for the free musical cakes game. 

 

All cake/pie contributions should be dropped off at 9:00 a.m. on Friday December 13. (If that time doesn't work for you, contact queenmarypac1@gmail.com.)

If you prefer to donate funds that will be used by the PAC to purchase cakes, please use the link below to submit your details. Thank you!

Volunteers Needed
 

This event needs your help to succeed! Volunteers are needed for all aspects of the event (planning, set up, event activities, and clean up). This is a great way to give your time to help the students of Queen Mary, and to join in the community of parents and caregivers of the school.

​

Prior to event: Planning for decorating, food, etc.

Friday December 13

  • 10:00-12:30  Set up and decorating

  • 2:30-4:30      Event volunteering  

  • 5:00-6:00      Clean up and take down​​​​
