The planning has started for our Games and Movie night!
Volunteers needed to make this event happen! All levels of volunteer experience are welcome :)

Buy your tickets before Monday May 7 @ noon to be a part of the draw. The winning ticket will be drawn and announced on May 9 at 8pm.
Tickets and Contest
Premium Seating Contest:

All participants 5 and older will require admission (an event wristband). All children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Sorry, No refunds.
​
Ticket sales will open on April 19 @ 8am
​
Premium Seating (sold out): A limited number of premium reserved seats will be available for sale. The cost is $50 which will get you event admission, one front row reserved seat and 20 games tickets. Premium seats are on a first come first served basis.
Avoid waiting in line at the event! Pre-order your tickets online and pick them up before the event!

General Admission:
Every person 5 and older is required to pay for admission. This payment will give you an event wristband. All participants will be required to wear their wristband.Thank you for supporting your Queen Mary PAC!
$10 per person (April 19 - May 7)
$14 per person at the door.
​
All games and activities will require one ticket per play.
Each game played guarantees a prize ticket. The players can trade their tickets in for a the prize of their choice. The choices range from a pencil or eraser to fidget toys and candy

Games tickets (after May 7) Games tickets $1 each in packs of 5 or 20

Raffle Tickets
$1 each
You can buy raffle tickets at the event OR at Queen Mary on May 9 from 3-4pm. Tickets will be $1 each. Adults and children 13 and older may purchase raffle tickets. Children are permitted to participate in the raffle as long as their caregiver gives them the ticket.

Tickets and event admission wristbands will be available for pickup Tuesday May 7 and Wednesday May 8 at pick up and drop off.
Games and Prizes
Every person attending the Games and Movie Night will be required to purchase admission. Every participant will be required to wear their wristband as proof of entry. ​
​
Games:
We will have bean bag toss, can knock down, shark darts, prize pong and MORE! Each game will cost one ticket per play. Every play is guaranteed to win at least one prize ticket.
​
Activities:
Temporary tattoos, bracelet beading, lollipop tree
​
Prizes:
There will be many great prizes to choose from! Some prizes will only cost 1 ticket (like a sticker or mini eraser) others will cost more (like a fidget toy, a candy necklace or some Taki's)

Pizza and Snacks
Food
​
Popcorn, snacks, beverages (bubly, juice boxes, water) and candy will be available for cash purchase at the event. Tap payments will also be available and may only be made by adults.
​
Pizza by the slice (Panago) can be pre-purchased online when the ticket sales open. Limited quantities of pizza slices will be available for purchase at the event.
​
NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES PERMITTED*
*thank you for the community feedback. Outside food will be permitted, however, outside beverages will not be allowed.

Schedule
This event will require the purchase of admission for all participants older than 4 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be food available for purchase as well as snacks and beverages.
​
No outside beverages permitted.

9:30-11:30 and 12:00-2:45 - Event set-up.

5:30-7:45 - Games and Activities

5:30-8:00 - PAC raffle! Check out the amazing prizes below!
6:00 - 7:00 - Pizza distribution.
Please pre-order to avoid dissapointment.
8:00-9:30 - Outdoor Movie
